1) Your CREDO ID was assigned to you upon registering and may not be changed.
2) Your password must be at least eight characters in length (longer is generally better.)
a) Only certain characters can be used as your password. Your password must contain a combination of the three types of characters following:
• Letters: a-z or A-Z
• Numerals: 0-9
• Symbols: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ?
b) It should be significantly different from previous passwords.
c) It should not be information easily obtainable about you. This includes license plate, social security, telephone numbers, or street address.
